Welcome to Hamilton Academy of Performing Arts’ Musical Theatre Program!

Our Musical Theatre Intensive Program gives students the unique opportunity to train in acting, voice, and dance while preparing for two full presentations each year—one at the end of the Winter session and another in the Spring. Under the guidance of our Musical Theatre teacher, Caitlin Collingwood, students experience the discipline and joy of theatre arts in a supportive environment.

The program emphasizes creativity, expression, and performance skills through engaging activities inspired by professional acting conservatory practices. Students will explore vocal techniques, movement, script work, and memorization, all while gaining confidence and learning how to bring characters to life on stage.

Beyond performance, our Musical Theatre Program helps students develop teamwork, focus, and communication skills, making it both fun and deeply enriching for young performers.

Our Musical Theatre Intensive Program runs for 27 weeks for our 2025-2026 season starting Monday, October 20, 2025 until Monday, June 1, 2026.
